30, 60, 90, or 120 Minutes? Choosing Your Session Length
One of the most common questions new clients ask is "how long should my session be?" The answer depends on your goals, experience level, and the modality you're booking.
30-Minute Sessions
Best for targeted work on a specific area — neck, shoulders, or lower back. Not ideal for full-body modalities like nuru glide. Good for maintenance between longer sessions.
60-Minute Sessions
The standard for most bodywork. Enough time for a full-body session with moderate depth. Ideal for regular wellness maintenance and experienced clients who know what they want.
90-Minute Sessions
Our recommended length for first-time nuru or tantric clients. Allows time for proper warm-up, full treatment, and gradual wind-down. The extra 30 minutes makes a significant difference in depth and relaxation.
120-Minute Sessions
The luxury option. Reserved for four-hand glide or deep therapeutic work. Allows the practitioner to address the entire body without rushing.
Cost vs. Value
Longer sessions offer better per-minute value at most studios. A 90-minute session typically costs less than 1.5x a 60-minute session while delivering significantly more benefit.
Our Recommendation
Start with 90 minutes for your first session in any new modality. Once you know what you like, adjust future sessions accordingly.
