Bodywork is an umbrella term encompassing all forms of therapeutic touch and physical manipulation, including massage, energy work, movement therapy, and structural integration. It's broader than 'massage' alone and includes modalities that don't fit the traditional massage definition — such as Rolfing, Feldenkrais, Alexander Technique, and various energy-based practices.
