Rolfing
A form of deep tissue manipulation focused on structural alignment.
Rolfing (Structural Integration) is a form of bodywork that aims to reorganize the connective tissues (fascia) that permeate the entire body. Developed by Dr. Ida Rolf, this method uses firm, deliberate pressure to release fascial restrictions and realign the body's structure with gravity.
A typical Rolfing series involves 10 sessions, each focusing on a different body region.
