Melatonin

    A sleep-regulating hormone supported by massage-induced serotonin.

Melatonin is the hormone primarily responsible for regulating the sleep-wake cycle (circadian rhythm). It's produced from serotonin in the pineal gland. Since massage increases serotonin production, it indirectly supports melatonin production, explaining why regular massage clients consistently report improved sleep quality and more restful nights.
